Problem with Erotic Videos

I can't unlock 2 videos Erotic and i search on internet and say for unlock i need complete "A Investiment Water" and "Be Friend Chief Komian" but i have complete all, help?

I'm not sure, but I think you have to turn down the AH-HA investment to get the video
(I don't have it either. I just went with the obvious scam. Suppose you get to talk with the girl sitting a table away when you turn down the old woman).

Don't know about the Komian one.

But even if we accepted the scam in theory, we still need to unlock the video, because then for a "Blind" player who plays it for the first time and is doing the "Completion List" he can't go wrong for just one mission.

There must be a solution to give it by force or an option that makes us redo every mission.

For the Komian I really don't know why he didn't unlock it because I completed the mission, made friends and gave every right answer.

EDIT: I do some search and if you accept/decline the Water you unlock anyway the video, so i don't understand why don't unlock.
