Just completed the game, how do i enter premium adventure mode?

Just wanted to ask, for me to unlock premium adventure mode does this mean the story is set from chapter 1 again? and i have to re-unlock office and the bar? i assume to start premium adventure mode i have to start a new game + file with data from a save file right

Nope. PA should be available on the title screen and this will not be a new game. Its just freeroam post story to allow the player to 100% the game or do things they want to do with the stats they had at the end of the game
