Next go Kiwami and Kiwami 2, which are remakes of Y1 and Y2.
Next 3, 4 and 5 remastered, and finally 6, which wraps up the Kiryu saga / global plotline.
I started with 0 and loved it so much, I bought the rest of the games up to 6. Looking forward to the full ride!
If someone is new to the series, ofc they'd ask the playing order. A title in a franchise that includes the number zero doesn't necessarily mean you play it before everything else.
MGS has big boss and naked snake so despite the numbers being in the wrong order it can be forgiven since there are 2 completely different stories, but the same premise can still be counted, which is to play the series in chronological timeline order, which would be starting with 3 and ending with 4, but even then the amount of retcon would be too much to even make much sense anyways, so its a good thing yakuza focused on one prequel and ended it there
