Achievement Bug (Story of My Life)?

I have cleared all substories now and have defeated jo and so amon. Upon defeating, the achievements "Amon Defeated" And "Story of My Life" popped up; what is to be expected.

The problem i am having is thatalthough in the library the achievement is shown to be unlocked and i have 47/55 achievements, when i go to the "games"-folder on my profile page it only shows 46/55 achievements. Due to this bug i can't showcase the achievement "Story of my Life" although i have gotten it (it even popped up ingame right upon returning to kamurocho).

I have played it in big screen mode. Could this be a factor concerning the bug?

does anyone know how to fix this?
just in case: i have not used any mods (if any may exist).

I will be grateful for any help considering my request

loaded before the battle with Amon and defeated him again, but also did not help

Is there any possibility to contact valve or steam directly? Because through steam support I can’t reach anything

this game doesnt belong to valve and valve has nothing to do with this other then sega, but since sega abandoned this game and was last updated last year, there's no point of doing it so

The same just happened to me, I was awarded the achievement as it should have after defeating the two Amons. Then after I exited the game, the achievement related to substories disappeared. I have to defeat them again? Wow.
