Is it possible to reset dream machines?

Reset them in what way? If you mean so you get a million yen insert option instead of 10k then simply exit the park and reenter and it might be a million, then keep doing that and youll get a bugger chance of getting million machines, and there's 2 next to each other so even better

That's not what I meant. After buying from dream machines for a while, they simply don't allow me to buy anything anymore, from any of them.

They should, only when you have max inventory will you be unable to buy the machine, or if your yen is too low
i remember trying to get the golden rifle i spent around 2 hours constantly on the machine trying to get it and discarding inventory items i got

You can reset them after you buy from one. All you do is go inside a building and back outside. If it's not showing up to purchase from again than simply go back into building and back outside. I did this with Majima at the business there is 2 dream machines right next to it. Buy from machine if you can - if not go in club and back out....repeat.

Not sure sure what is so hard to get but ok

Thing is I haven't unlocked the park yet, so, of course, I can't access it. Leaving and reentering the park works the same way as entering and leaving a store, for example. That's why I didn't get your answer at first, because I didn't know that.
