save files: I can't find em...
So, I have about 80 or so save games, and I want to delete A LOT of them, cos there are just to many in the thing.

I went to the folder in the User/USERID bit, but I can't work out whats going on. The folder only has 5 save files... And when I deleted it, the save files where still there in game, BUT the folder never got re-downloaded...

On top of that, it only has 5 save files in it.

Im very confused ATM, and need some help.

Edit: I should also mention that, for some reason, my Steam 'uninstalled' some of my games, but then when I have gone to re-install them, the files are still there, and it just discovers them again. Could this have messed with the save files or something?

the hell? u have 80 saves? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
u have to turn off icloud before doing all of that
then u want to make sure u keep the system.sys bc that is important if u finished the game (if u want to keep the specific save data file u want, choose the save file depends on the date of the data, u can check it in-game to see the date as well) then delete everything else in that folder
once that, enter the game, wait for a few minutes then exited out the game
then u want to make sure u delete remotecache.vdf then put system.sys in the remote folder that u save (however, this is different from both system and the save file, u have to rename the save file to [SaveData0000] or else it will not work)
once that, turn on icloud, and then enter the game, it should say like "do you want to rewrite this current save data on ur folder"
hopefully that should help u, there's a simliar method of this in the different thread, u can check it out

that I can do. But the problem is, theses [ibb.co] are the only saves that are showing up. I don't mind restarting, so saving the save files is not an issue. I just feel like somethings going on, and I can't work out what.

Haaa, but there is no Sys file, as I had moved it and the saves I wanted to a backup folder...

Ok, as I wanted to do it to K1 as well, I did the same, and have the same issue. Save slots are still sitting there, but no actual save games in the folder. Welp. Im not even sure whats going on now...

welp... I am back. Still having this issue. At this point, the only thing I can think of is to reformat to fix it....

Whelp. I FINALLY fixed it.

I had to upload an empty save game folder to the cloud. So, it was a Steam thing it seems, not a Yakuza thing. But its done.
