is there an easy way to obtain this material ive been trying for so long and nothing

find Inuit Village, and use yens to increase the rate
dont always use 99%, chances are, ur not going to find it, there are no easy option of this, its partically RNG

fun fact: it's super easy to get. Go to the area where you need to get straw effigy and then increase it to 50 then you have a way better chance of getting it
