any way to skip the leisure king karaoke battle for the real estate minigame?

the karaoke cutscenes cause my game to crash, and i've sort of exhausted my solutions to solve that, but none of them seem to work. i'd still like to continue with the minigame, though. is there any mod/setting/etc that lets me skip or not have to do this part of it?

If you fail it nothing happens and you will end up getting the 10% you lost from normal business runs

part of the business story but youll need to find a way to get past crashes, maybe game settings or drivers need to be changed

every pre rendered cutscene crashes my game. i usually skip them and watch them on youtube. all the online solutions to this require you going into nvidia settings, and i don't have nvidia.
