Rainbow Textile Farming?

Is there any reliable way to get Rainbow Textile in the game? An online guide references the Nomad Camp, but I don't see it there.

You can only find it in Nomad Camp. When searching for equipment, don't put too much cash or 100% chance the other items. This will prevent you to get the rare items. Just leave the money as it is.

I can't find it among the three people I have. Secret Syndicate, Martial Artist, and Reformed Terrorist have cloth stuff, but not the Rainbow Textile.

Its just RNG unfortunately. It took me like 4 hours altogether to get some of the harder items

Ey maybe you already got it but I got to say that the indication of the Nomad Camp is kinda wrong I never got it from there (around 10billion y spent) but then I put more than 60m in the NYC Mafia and got it in 3 tries

It's on nomad camp. i suggest you to equip benkei belt to increase your chance to get rare item from research. i got it in 5 tries but maybe i'm just lucky

if you have tons of money to burn don't afraid to spend it to reduce reaearch time to less than 10 seconds. i know the other dude above says increse the money will make it harder to get the item you want. but spend waiting minutes only to get dissapointment not getting the item you want are just as bad and waste of time
