Here you go...hope you have 30+ hours of spare time. The movie below looks like it has all main story quests, side missions as well as some running around town. If you were to watch just a cutscenes only of the main story you're still looking at a 10-13 hour movie.
You could just experience it for yourself and set combat difficulty to the easiest setting and button mash your way through fights. Part of the fun in these games imo is experiencing all the stuff for yourself. Going to the arcade to play games, going to play cards, walking around town for a bit, going to a restaurant to eat, running into a crazy person and doing a side quest for them etc. Watching someone else do that through a lets play is like asking one of your sober friends to carry your drunk a** through town so that you can watch them have fun.

Hmm, good to know, I just wanna be able to enjoy it without being forced into tedious boss fights where I have to chain combos or some bs
