Real Estate Royale(Help) vs Cabaret Club Czar

Cabaret Club Czar - fun, interactive and defeating bosses pay so much money. By the time I reached Club Moon I just bought all the fans(partnered) and did like two cabaret club runs and got to final battle. I got so much from final battle, that I fully upgraded Slugger(my main style) and almost fully upgraded(all I could at the moment) the final bonus style.

Real Estate Royale - boring waiting game. Upgrading anything besides Leisure King area takes ages. You get nothing for a Boss fight besides Manager/Security.
My current progress : Leisure King 100%(10/10 S stores), Electronics King 100% (9/10 S stores, yeah I can't play the racing minigame), Pleasure King 91% (10/10, no S stores yet - challenged to boss battle), Gambling King 16%(3 Stores, omg they cost so much lol)
My advisors are crap besides Masochistic Man and Krazy Kyo. I heard there is good advisor(fortune teller) in Champion's District. Where are the others? And yeah I can buy like 1 property per collection in Gambling King Area.
So Gambling king is gonna take forever and there is also Media King, which will probably take eternity and they also foreshadowed someone(maybe their boss, pls don't spoil), coz Northern part of Kamurocho does not have owner yet.
Mr. Shakedown does not have that much money either. Whole RER feels like boring grind for boss battles, which does not give you much.

Also why the hell Kiryu final brawler(my main style) upgrades cost 2x more compared to Majima? 1 billion for last ones.

Btw I am currently on chapter 14 in the main story.

real estate total income is 1 billion, cabaret total income at most is 100-200 million. that my friend is why kiryu cost much more money to improve

But you get over 14 billion for boss fights in Cabaret Club Czar and I assume 1 billion is the income when you have Real Estate Royal fully upgraded, which takes ages.

Go to CP shop, and deacrease time you have to wait for income, that way i just had to take income, go to buy one establishment, and come back for another income. Also, some establishments may cost almost same, but some will give you much more money then others. the difference to buy may be like 900 millions vs 1300 millions, but one of them will give you more money. Also the money you earn increases drastically, you get like billion in a few minutes, but i would still suggest to cheese Mr shakedown. Give him all your money, and get back 150% of what you lost. He is easily killed with slime gun, which is dirt cheap (buy about 5 for 6 millions each, and later fix em for only 600k)

Yeah it's maxed, got all properties now in Gambling King Area as well. Ok so slime gun and Shakedown(he is kinda hard to find and encounter finder did not do anything, besides regular enemies have more HP).

I used the zap gun to farm Mr. Shakedown but you have to remember to get the CP ability for getting more money from him for it to work. Since Kiryu is the only one who has access it he's the one you want to do this on. Later you can send money directly to Majima if you want

I am completing game on Legendary now, and I've already had all possible properties in 4 areas (Leisure,Pleasure , Electronics and Gambling) in chapter 5. Need to complete the chapter to complete my Real Estate.

Tbh its not so boring , I am just used to make some stuff at home, staying afk for 4 mins, then go back to PC , make payouts, and again . repeat. Now I have like 3 billions .
