The Colosseum Completion Quest

So i just noticed that under winning a certain number of money from the cat fighting competition, there's a completionist quest that says win 5 and 10 matches in the colosseum. I've finished most of the side story on Kiryu's side, but i don't think any quest has led me to a colosseum. Is it something at the later chapter? I'm currently at chapter 10 if i'm not wrong, where Kiryu just got back from Tojo Main HQ with Tachibana and Oda and is currently preparing to go to Sotenbori with Oda to find the owner of the empty lot

I'm assuming that once i got into the main quest marker, i won't be returning to Kamurocho for a while, so i'm currently grinding for CP to unlock the limit break for the Legend style.

Nah, you'll be able to return. The game tells you when the point of no return occurs.
