I'm stuck in chapter 2 (Tachibana real estate)

Hi.

I'm at the point where I'm supposed to find out about tachibana real estate.

I've seen on Youtube that you're meant to overhear some NPC conversations, but I can't find any NPCs with speech bubbles on them, except for that guy that gives pocket tissues.

I've done some side missions and now it's night time. I've spent like 6 hours exploring the city and I just can't find any NPCs with speech bubbles.

What should I do?

they dont have speech bubbles they have a prompt to eavesdrop on their conversation, there are guides which tell you where they are if you are struggling

I checked several locations, Schichifuku, Taihei, Pink Street, Theater avenue/square area. I think I've explored the whole city during side missions/activities.

Do these NPCs appear only during the day?

If i can remember they dont have the bubbles. Thats what makes this part of the game difficult. But you need to basically run around looking for 2 people talking to each other and youll get a prompt to eavesdrop

The NPCs are near Theater Square Area around that Bowling Arena.... After meeting Miss Tatsu for the first time, just go in that alley and you'll find them.

I haven't seen Miss Tatsu yet. Does she appear in a particular area?

Somewhere around the Bowling Arena (Top Left of the Map). You can't miss her because as soon as you go near that area a small cutscene starts.

I went there as well, I checked all around the building, and adjacent streets, went inside and played some bowling too. But I don't see her anywhere.

It's like nothing is as it should, I wonder if I triggered some sort of bug by doing the side missions.

Umm, I have no idea then. Even i did substories before returning to the apartment but everything was fine for me. If nothing works, then i guess restart the chapter or load a past save. Hope that will do the trick.

Ok. All of my saves are recent so resetting the chapter would be the best option. But how do I do this?

Use a save from chapter 1. As far as i know, you can't restart a chapter.

Ok. It's just chapter 2 so I might as well play from the beginning. But I'll make a save at the beginning of each chapter from now on.
