"Dragon God Amulet" and "Mad Dog Gloves"
In the PS4 version, you can get "Dragon God Amulet" and "Mad Dog Gloves" at the start of the game if you have "Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin!" save data. Are these two accessories available in the Steam version? If so, how do you get them?

rgg Ishin is not on steam, or pc for that matter so you probably wont get the items

Mad Dog Gloves are in Kiwami, but damn that Ishin FLEX. When that fan translation comes out ooooh man.
