I cannot seem to get side stablizer 2.0

I got all the parts for pocket racers except the side stablizer 2.0. I am playing in legend difficulty and I have been playing it over hundred of hours. I have been to all the dream machines repeatedly, especially the 100,00 ones. I know that all the dream machines change values. Do I have to go to a specific one or do I have to try all dream machines when they are at 100,000? Or do I just have to keep trying my luck, which is non existent for hundred of hours now. Although I have stablizer 3.0 but it doesn't seem to help in setting up my car. I have tried all the suggestions found on the internet including the guides here at Steam (they all suggest stablizer 2.0. I have tried other combinations to get the speed up and keeping stability as high as possible (max 62 so far). If I make it higher I will not have enough speed. Any help is appreciated. I farm dream machines for CP and, eventually, I got this stabilizer.(however, I didn't need it) If I remember well, it dropped from 100 ths. dream machine.
Easy way to farm:
1) Go to Shichifuko street west or Pink Street Entrance
2) Save
3) Check dream machine near save point (in Child park (Shichifuko) or near the street entrance (Pink)
4) If machine don't work or have not right price (100 grand), load save and try again.

For slightly faster grinding, entering and exiting nearby buildings (such as pocket circuit stadium) also seems to reset the dream machines.

Edit: I knew someone would complain about necro. I posted anyway because this thread was and is the top google result for "side stabilizer 2.0". Imagine trying to help people over complying to a rule that only exists in your head.

I have uninstalled the game now. But I remembered that I had won the race. However, I cannot remember if I had got the stablizer 2.0 or not. I think I have. Sorry for not being precise.
