How to get other platinum hostesses (apart from Yuki) ?

I started playing this cabaret minigame and am really enyoing it .I got lot of hostesses: all you can get from cp temple, couple standing around the city but none of them were platinium.Do you have to defeat other cabaret clubs to get them? I am in chapter 11 btw.

Even with other platinums i still somehow have Erranda as my No 2 girl. Somehow she makes the Yen fly

Btw managing cabaret club is the best minigame I played ( on par with gwent from Witcher 3)
