So while doing the Sidestory "Damned Yanki" I ended up getting the Charismatic Autograph instead of the Wild Shirt. Will I be able to get the Wild Shirt later or did I miss it?

Did you encounter Fei Hu already? His shop Dragon&Tiger will help you acquire almost every piece of weapon or gear in the game. Problem is that this part is very grindy and some gear cannot be obtained through this shop. (Like table salt (but you will able to buy it there after you bought it in other shop), firecracker, steel business card, sunglasses, charismatic photo and autobiography)
