Game crashes on pause

So I paused this game to cook something, whatever. Then I come back and the game kinda crashed on me. I say kinda because it's still technically open when I tab out to windows to check, it just won't let me back in. Anyone have something similar or have any idea? Windows 10.

Same here... does anybody know why this happens and how to fix it??

I refunded it as I had less than 2 hours of playtime. If It had had manual saves I could still have stuck with it, but save points & this issue was just too much (especially as I couldn't see anyone else writing about a solution here). I might give Kiwami a shot when it comes out & see if the issue has been fixes.
