Glitch where everyone T-poses with face outside of head?
Tried to start playing the game, but all of the game models (Kiryu, Majima, Nishiki, every random npc) are all stuck in T-poses. Their hands and the parts of their face that are separate from the head itself (eyeballs, teeth) appear outside of their body and move around they way they're supposed to while the body itself is frozen in T-pose.

The glitch appear to only be visual, as the game otherwise seems to be okay. Sound was fine, no lagging or crashes. I was able to watch the opening cutscenes, run around, win the fight tutorial before you meet Nishiki, and play the two-player minigames (albeit all with T-pose and googly eyes).

While it made for some HILARIOUS screenshots, I'd really like to fix this glitch so I can play the game. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't work. Has anyone else encountered this glitch / know how to fix it?

Thank you!

Can you try verifying game integrity?

Tried restarting PC?

I tried restarting before and after reinstalling the game. Just tried verifying game integrity now, but the glitch is still there.

found that the LODing setting on graphics settings causes some glitches (I had the same T characters).
Made it to low and the game worked normally.
Sorry for my bad english and I hope I helped ya.

Minimum Specs for Game:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7 64Bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-3470 | AMD FX-6300
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 | AMD Radeon HD 6870
Additional Notes: GPU with a gpumark of : 2600 to 3100, CPU with a cpumark of 4500 to 6300

My specs:
64-bit
windows 7
Intel Core i7-3632QM
memory about 12 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 640M
not sure where to find GPU, if CPU is what I think it is, Intel HD Graphics 4000

Do you think it's the CPU? The game runs fine with no crashes, and Graphics I thought were fine since the number is higher. Only other thing I can think is since I'm running the English game on a Japanese system?

I put everything to low, but it didn't change. I'll try restarting to see if that changes though!

I'm having the exact same problem, which makes the game unplayable.
Tried lowering graphics settings, nothing happened.
Tried re-starting the computer and re-installing the game, still same problem.

Did you find any solution in the end?

My specs:
64-bit
windows 7
Intel Core i7-3630QM
Memory 8 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M (2GB)

I also have the same issue starting yesterday AFTER the game patch was applied.

Fixed it: Turns out my computer was using the integrated graphics card instead of the dedicated Nvidia one.
I forced the game to run on the graphics card via the nvidia control panel and now it runs pefectly.
