What happened to Club Sunshine side quest?
I played this on the PS4, on chapter 7 Majima had a side quest for Club Sunshine where you could train hostesses & even compete with other clubs, however on the PC version, it doesn't appear this side quest is even in the PC version. Did the deevelopers take this out of the PC version?

Nope, Cabaret Club Czar is still available. How far are you into the game, you might just misremember the place where you get introduced to the side quest.
