[BUG] Can't kick the freakin' door

[Sparky Sparky Boom Man]

Spoilers on experience at Chapter Finale.

At Dojima HQ when playing as Majima. There's a door that he need to kick to enter. But the door won't budge. I remember that at way earlier chapter, Kiryu did do the same thing and it works just fine. The door will open.
Any help in this? Game's running. I'm currently still in front of the door.
This is the only bug I've encountered during plays.
