Item That Beeps When You're Near a Phone Card?

I have one of these for Majima but I forgot what it's called and I can't find any info through searches. What's it called? And is this item also available for Kiryu?

it's called a Card Finder, and I'm pretty sure both are available at the Temple where you exchange CP (completion points).

still, I would use a guide so you don't drive yourself crazy trying to find them yourself. there are 3 cards in a set. A, B, and C. You can only find them in order; A appears first, you pick that up, then B spawns, you pick up B, then C spawns somewhere. It's a huge headache tracking them all down by the beeps.

Thanks! I thought I got the Card Finder for Majima through a substory but I don't remember.

Edit: Oh you're right. I just found out on an IGN guide that it's called a Card Watcher Accessory and it's available in the Adventure section of the CP Exchange.
