Can I get the Celebrity Perfume again?

Celebrity Perfume is one of the accessory items on the Completion List.

At first, I didn't know this point and sold it to the store.

So I'm trying to find this again, but there's no other way without CP exchange?

I got the celebrity perfume at the CP exchange a long time ago.

But, why doesn't this appear on the Completion List?

Do I have to start again? My 160 hours had come to nothing. =P
