No. You can do them at *any* time, including in New Game+ and completed save files.

Even if they are, there is a mode called Premium Adventure, which lets you play beyond the main stoy's conclusion.

I remember that mission. It was annoying to start over a few times but... it was just kind of funny when the camera is so close to his face and it slowly zooms out, he just looks funny lol. That helped me get through it a little. I used Slugger to beat it, and I had Breaker style unlocked, too.

They are very much missable, some are very well hidden like the Drug testing story.
There is an alley way that has a poster for it, very small poster

what about the black box and white box, once u choose one u can't get the other so it's missable items right? and mew mew shoes too...
