Look up some guides on youtube. And make sure your frame rate is locked at 60. Bowling physics are affected by your framerate.

From what I recall when I did it

10-12 bowl (green one I think?)

4 blocks to the left
aim between middle pin and 3rd pin
full spin to the left

Is that with the lightest bowling ball?

i used the lightest ball, you don't even need to put spin on it if you hit the sweet spot just left or right of the first pin. it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. if you're bad at timing the line to straight, you can always reduce your power and the spin is far more pronounced.

my tactic was basically centering the ball as much as i can help it and at full speed.

at my first real try i managed to pull it off.

Alternate strategy: Use the heaviest ball from the farthest left position, immediately double-tap the "confirm" button (X on xbox gamepad, E on keyboard), and then add either 2 or 3 levels of left spin to the ball (if it looks like you're aiming at the Pin 3 just next to Pin 1, use 2 levels of spin: in all other circumstances, use 3 levels of spin).

It should curve the ball directly into the sweet spot, with enough power to guarantee the strikes each time you throw.

I did it using a recorded keyboard macro. The result of each bowl is different even with the near identical inputs, depending on how the pins fall over. Basically, you can do the best you can, there is still significant luck involved and will probably need several tries to get the turkey.
