Change options?
After getting gear from the Bonus Clown, I read that I could change characters and clothes when I obtained the hideouts (Real Estate for Kiryu, Cabaret for the other guy), but I am on Chapter 15 and have yet to see the option. I noticed some of the bonus gear I got from the clown was missing from my Equipment tab, so I figure they HAVE to be outfits.
Do I have to wait til the last chapter? According to IGN, it's called "Black and White".

You have to finish chapter 17 and start "premium adventure mode" from the main menu to acess clothing and character change.

Thanks. I was confused about what "premium" meant.

No worries. It's kind of confusing, I think something was lost in translation. If you do it right, you should be able to just continue playing after you finish the story with all your progress already unlocked, and the ability to do bonus content as each charactor.
