the best healing (and/or heat) item

so im fighting the bulky shakedown guy, after a few round kikcing his steroid injected arse, his attack eats alot of my HP. is there any suggestion of the best item to heal hp/heat?
for now im stocking alot of tauriner xx and staminan royale but they dont heal the fullbar (both hp and heat)

staminan royale seems to be the best one you can buy if u want health and heat.

Zap gun for the win, cause ton of damage (depend on your power surge level). No matter how strong shakedown is, Zap gun always solve problem

Imcomparable Habu Drink. You get to buy them after befriending Mr Libido (Habu) in Osaka. Full heal and full heat. If you want to use them with Kiryu, there will be a person who can share/trade items and cash with both characters later in the story if you aren't there yet.
