Okay so I save my game, and I get the inventory glitch. Suddenly I'm walking around and my shoes are meowing. Literally with every step. I was able to fix it by reloading, but still best glitch ever.

The meowing sound is caused by an accessoryy called Mew Shoes which I suppose you accidentally get due to the item bug.

You can still get if you want to walk while hearing cat sounds, and funnily enough I read that the sound still carry over to the cutscenes.

It does carry over to cutscenes, and yeah you got lucky and got one of the sillyest accessories in the game equipped. I thought I had the cherry on the cake when I got Kiryu wearing a salad as only armor and wielding an other salad as a weapon, but you bested me.

Yeah those shoes are fun....for like 30 seconds then they get annoying AF =p

I remember seeing them on a stream, and the streamer was saying: "No, they aren't annoying me, they are annoying YOU!" with his best lying voice.

People have reported in these threads that if you re-save as soon as you notice the glitch it will be fixed but if you have played for a while, gotten new items and what not then it might no longer be fixable by saving. Basically if you wanna be sure you don't run into this glitch every time you save check that your inventory is still normal and if it's not save again.
