Smooth Criminal Achievement
Does it work? Did you get it?
I spoke to the 3 NPCs and checked the 4 spots at the club but it doesn't work...

You get it early in Chapter 4 if you do all the steps correctly. One of Majima's staff will inform you of the successful negotiation and you'll get the achievement.
