I don't believe that was in Zero. Can't actually remember if it was in Kiwami or 6. This was in the Children's Park near where the Pocket Circuit stadium is in 0 / Kiwami, right?

The toilet man is from the first Yakuza, and Kiwami. Also that guy gives Kiryu his card and the name's Rokkaku, the yakuza antagonist in the Jet Set Radio series lol

Nothing. It's just a pocket tissues with advertising on them, which is a thing in Japan I think. And I don't think there's any use for them in game.
