Report a translation problem
1. Verify the game cache
2. Restart the computer
3. Go to control panel, remove/uninstall your controller, plug it back in and verify it's installed
4. Try a different USB cable
5. If you're sure it's not the controller, you could try uninstalling/re-installing the game.

if anyone has any tips (not the retarded ones, kthnxbye), please share
1. open up start menu
2. type in bluetooth
3. choose "Blootooth & other devices"
4. remove "Wireless Controller" and "Xbox 360 controller for windows"
5. reboot (might not be needed, but I did it anyways)
6. after boot go into steam > settings > controller > general controller settings
7. put a check mark on "playstation configuration support"
8. play yakuza to see if it worked.
I've tested yakuza and rocket league, so far everything is fine.
