UFO Catcher glitching out?
Anyone having an issue with the UFO Catcher? Cause whenever I play it and it lowers, it just sits there twitching and spazzing out.

If your fps is over 100 this happens. I play on 144 fps and this happens all the time. What I do is turn the SSAA up a level whenever I want to play the ufo game (then back to normal after). I use x2 normally so switching it to x4 will drop me down to 100 ish where I have no issue with the crane coming back up.

Alternatively you can temporarily enable fullscreen, set the vsync on and the refresh rate to 60hz.

My friend has this problem too, but seem fine for me on my side, gotten 6 catch so far without the glitch.

I haven't experienced issues with it myself, but I've heard a report that someone had the crane keep pushing into the table until it crashed the game.

If you want a quick fix for when the UFO catcher is stuck, open the Steam overlay when the crane drops.

But really, it looks like this game running over 60 FPS is causing issues. There are some subtle issues such as how the camera moves slightly faster.

Thanks, had this issue too and FPS > 60 seems to be the cause.

Yeah, I just alt-tab out and back and that seems to get it working again

If you are Nvidia user, start Geforce Experience when UFO Catcher glitched. you will solve it :)

Had the same issue. Strangely enough, it fixed itself even running at over 100 fps. I don't know how it fixed itself on its own.

I just sort of waited for it to "untangle" itself, and surprisingly it worked perfectly fine after that, and never had any issues with the UFO mini-game afterwards.
