The districts are almost the size of the real Kabukicho and Dotonbori districts.

Compared to most western open world maps? No. Its just one city district.
BUT, it feels much more alive then most other open world cities i know and is filled
to the brim with stuff to do and side activities.

Not as huge as any GTA game but it's pretty packed with content.

it's not an open world map, it's a hub. in this case, size is irrelevant. but there is a LOT to do. like, HUUUUUGE amounts of extra stuff.
