I lost my save game too there is no way back dude just download a trainer and use super speed mode skip cutscenes and use one hit kill

out of interest were you using multple save files and they all got corupted? Or is this to do with a genral hardrive failure?

Next time if you accidentally oversaved your game, close Steam client completely before exit the game. Then close the game and delete the save files. Steam cloud should restore your previous save files.

Or simply create more than one backup saves next time.
