Will the game end if I complete Main Story?
Should i be exploring between missions, or can i just do stuff after completing the main story? Do side missions disapear if i dont get to them after a certain point?

you can keep playing after completing the main story.

It's basically free roam where you can complete remaining side missions, activities and what-not, plus the ability to switch between the two protagonists (so long as your current character goes back to his office first) and to use alternate outfits.
