Can I go back to sotenbori in chapter 15

After you beat the game you can freely switch between Kiryu and Majima by going to Kiryu's office/Majima's club, apparently.

I think you can, I didn't realize that until chapter 16. Use the taxi to go from Tokyo to Osaka as Majima.

Yeah despite the game implying you can't go back you actually can, just use the taxi
