Stuck on infinite now loading screen on chapter 1

After i enter taxi to head to dojima headquarters i end up i n infinite now loading screen which does not end no matter how long i wait (waited 5, 10, 20 minutes) changing fps from 144 to 60 does not fix it nor does starting game from beginning or just reloading game save.

reinstalling game seems to have fixed this issue hopefully my post is helpful if anyone else gets same issue

how do you reinstall a steam game again?

Right click on game, click uninstall, wait, then install, installation will take time which is directly proportional to the internet bandwidth

Oh.. so you have to redownload it all again? Can't you just verify the game cache?

I think your game files are fine, the problem is with graphics.ini
The spot you mentioned, my game crashed, when I started legend difficulty gameplay. I got a new SSD, installed windows 10. Then it started to crash. Previously , it was perfect.
So what I did is find old .ini files in old HDD and pasted. It worked fine.
If you say, I can upload that ini file which made my problem gone

Same thing happened to me on chapter 6 where I fought kuze , after the cutscene , that loading screen appeared and stucked forever. Shame on Sega !
