I play Kiwami 2 on Ps4 and must say : WAIT FOR THE PC VERSION !

Hey Guys,

I startet playing Yakuza like most People on Steam. I bought Yakuza 0 and i was really overwhelmed. After Years of 08/15 Games like Assassins Creed , i was really happy to play something new . Yakuza 0 was the first Game since Mass Effect where i loved the Story more than the Gameplay.

After i completed Yakuza 0 i bought Yakuza Kiwami for Ps4 . I coudn't wait for it on Steam. I got for 9,99€ and played it through in 2 Days. It coudn't keep up with 0 but i had my fun with it.

Now i got Yakuza kiwami 2 for Ps4 and what can i say ... Its sooooo gooooood. I dont even know which one is better. 0 or Kiwami 2 . The Story is genious and the new Gameplay Features are Amazing and really fun to play.

But i got ONE Major Problem with it.
I played Yakuza 0 on 75 fps in 2K Resolution. It looked amazing.
Yakuza Kiwami on Ps4 had still really good Graphics and 60 fps.

Kiwami 2 only runs on 30 fps and i dont even know how to play sometimes.
The Graphics are quiet good but the Controls feels really Sluggish. You feel the 30 Fps Constantly. The Fights feel like i am on a back of a Turtle. The relaxing walking through the Town is nice , but the Camera is sooooo slow.

I try to really enjoy Kiwami 2 on Ps4 , but its not possible. If you played Yakuza 0 on Pc , i have to say : Wait for the Pc Version. Because its really hard to play on 30 Fps , if you know the Difference from previous Games.

I had to say it Guys. It was on my mind for a few days now .
Hope we get Kiwami 2 in 2019 ;)

30 fps are fine, stop nagging and play the game, I've been playing since yakuza 3 and don't have an issue with 30 fps at all. If you're one of those graphics ♥♥♥♥♥ fapers then I don't know what to say.

Yeah thats exactly my point. If you played the other games you are familiar with the 30fps Settings. But if you come from the Pc Version , you got a whole different Game Experience.

That is what i was try to tell you Guys. Its really hard to switch from the Pc to the Console Version. Because it feels completly different.

I get your point but humans are good at adapting to almost any situation so after a while you get used to 30fps but of course it would be better on pc but sometimes it just takes too long for it to be released on pc, its the same situation now with red dead redemption 2.

Yeah i played now for about 4 hours and still didnt adapt. I hope it gets better with Time. I am not that Guy who is flaming 30 - 60 fps . But in Yakuza i feel the difference extremly.

I just said to my Girlfriend , i need a Ps4 Pro ;) Now in the Time of 4K the Standard Ps4 is not enough anymore.

I have to say : I didnt want to say "STAY AWAY FROM KIWAMI 2" . Its a really good Game and i love it every second. But you should know what to get , when you switch from Pc to Console.

PS : Red Dead .. ohhhh Yeah .... ♥♥♥♥ off 30 fps ;) I waited almost 8 Years for the Second one. I would play it in 10 fps ;)

I don't, It just feels kinda of to me the first time I played the game at 60 fps, I am so used to playing yakuza at 30 fps.

Guess with got different experiences.

I thought Yakuza 0 and Kiwami 1 were already at 60 FPS for the PS4 though.

Yeah 0 and Kiwami were 60 fps.
Yakuza 6 and Kiwami 2 works only with 30 fps lock.

The Remaster from Yakuza 3,4,5 are 60 fps too. I Think the old Games from Ps3 had only 30 fps.

That didn't use the same engine as kiwami 2 and yakuza 6. Those where originally ps3 games ported to ps4.

I dont know which other Game had 30 fps. Because the Yakuza 3,4,5 Remaster are 60 fps too.

All those 60ps games are last gen games, kiwami 2 and yakuza 6 arent, on pc those will be 60fps too, hopefully they will release them soon.

KIwami 2 is a whole other Story. I guess we dont get it before Autumn - Winter 2019.

I heard Sega only gonna release them if the Sells of 0, Kiwami are good enough to make a profit.

Thats not that easy. Look at my homeland Germany. Not many People are that good in english to play Yakuza. I know several Guys who are interested in these Games but are afraid of .

Yeah but you know that Yakuza 0 was released on PS4 and Ps3 on the same day right ? The game was programmed to be a Ps4 Title. Only got a Ps3 Port for the Old Generation. The Ps4 Version was 60 fps from the Beginning.

Release was 12.03.2015 in Japan on Ps4 and Ps3
