Questions about minimum system requirements
First things first, my 6 year old PC has a quad core i5 3340 running on 3.1 ghz, got a ATI Radeon 7770 HD 1gb vram graphics card along with 8 gb of RAM. I want to know if I will be able to run this game ?

I would say so but there's one thing that's bugging me. Under Additional Notes it says : GPU with a gpumark of : 2600 to 3100, CPU with a cpumark of 4500 to 6300. I'm left wondering if I'll be able to play the game.

To my knowledge, this makes this the first PC game to use hardware benchmark numbers as opposed to specific CPUs for their requirements. Your i5 3340 gets a CPUMark score of 6078, in the upper range of Sega's specified score, while your 7770 gets a GPUMark score of 2214, below Sega's specified score. You have 8GB while the minimum calls for 4GB, so you at least have that cleared out.

Based on these numbers, you should be able to play this game fine, maybe not at 1080p/60, but it should be an enjoyable experience.

I have an Intel Pentium G3220 3.00GHz 2 core and 2 Threads and i still think i'll be able to play because steam system requirement are often a bit higher than what they actually are, so yeah all that to say i think you'll be fine.

I sure as hell hope so, would be bad to have to wait for an upgrade.

I guess you can, if I could run Tekken 7 on minimum settings, with a n intel dual core i3 3,1 ghz, nvidia GeForce gtx 560 i( I believe thats the model, I don't really remember, its that zotac GPU card, if that makes any sense) and a 4 gb of Ram, and those are below the minimum requirements.

Cool, thats reassuring, still I will wait for the game to release but if their past ports are anything to go by it's going to be good. Thanks for your insight.

You should be able to handle it, remember it's a game that was released on PS3 after all (in japan only).

Yeh, I thought as much, but the stuff from additional notes is what worries me since I don't have a CPU in that mark range. Maybe it was a typing mistake on their end.

It was indeed beat that on my PS3, now waiting for it to come out on PC. The digital version of yakuza 0 on PS3, was crippled by the same framedrop issues that were in yakuza 5, I am pretty sure that won't be the case with a PC version, as it seems like they will take a PS4 version as a prototype.

Yeah that is the one that's worrying me too, let's just it will run well, I haven't updated my rig in like the past 10 years by the way.

game runs at a fairly stable 30fps on a PS3 dude. you're good.

i'm also hoping i can run it in 1080p with a RX 460.

Yeh, same here. Ever since I bought it I didn't change a thing. Gaming is an expensive hobby in my country because the prices for new components are ridiculous.

Although we don't know the recommended system requirements I think you'll be more than fine with that graphics card.

From my knowledge, Japanese PC ports are often more CPU intensive than GPU, at least going by system requirements. It often translates to being the case in practice as well, since EDF also had a high CPU requirement due to all the enemies, physics, and destruction it needs to keep track of.

The only strange thing about reqs is this "AMD Phenom FX-6300"

Phenom FX cpu, lol

But im pretty sure this game can run on anything from 2009 year and onward

This is a PS3 game that was ported to PS4; and we're going to get a port of that PS4

You'll be fine man, don't worry about it xoxoxoxo; your GPU and CPU are completely stronk enough to run this game; PS3 ran it 30FPS 720P; PS4 does 60FPS 1080P and your PC looks a bit stronger than PS4, so I think you would be able to run it especially if they optimize it well enough (which considering Bayonetta/Vanquish; it'll be grand)

Sega ports are usually really good and optimised. I remember when Valyria Chronicles came out i played it on high in stable 30fps on amd 5000+ and gd 8800gt... so yeah you should be fine. Just don't preorded and wait for info about port quality to be safe.

Valkyria Chronicles was literally the only port Sega did that was mediocre cause they ported it from the PS3

the game ran fine; but the settings left a lot to be desired, but did not know VC would run that well on your build

OP; if this guy can run VC on that PC; you DEFINITELY would be able to run Yakuza 0 no issues.
