Which i really doubt, it just came out 2 years ago on the PS4.
The first list makes way more sense.
The game was originally released on PS3 (Japan-only) and it was 720p30fps
On the its PS4 1080p60fps
Since they pointed out the GTX 560 | HD 6870 I feel like its going to be capable of 1080p60fps (considering you'll be able to adjust at least a few graphical settings)
Comparing these GPUs to a PS3 they are pretty strong
Comparing these GPUs to a PS4 I think they similar or weaker (I'm not sure)
These are my bets
There aren't that many benchmarks about these GPUs
PS4's graphics processor is a modified HD 7850, which is better than these two.
The story gets interesting with the CPUs, the i5 3470 scores a 6679 while the FX 6300 scores a 6383, both above the maximum of 6300 listed for the CPU score. These are listed as minimum CPUs, however.
