GPUMark numbers

In the notes for the system requirements, it reccomends at least 2600 points for the GPU score, however it there are actually two different sources for the score. One appears to be a DirectCompute score, while the other appears to be a synthetic score.

Which of these is the most accurate one? And slightly on topic, does the score of 3100 reflect reccomended hardware, such as for 1080p/60FPS, while the 2600 reflects the minimum for 720p/30FPS?

I think the first one is the correct one. If you go by the the other chart even 10 year+ cards would be able to run this game.
Which i really doubt, it just came out 2 years ago on the PS4.

The first list makes way more sense.

I wish SEGA was more specific about the resolution and FPS too.
The game was originally released on PS3 (Japan-only) and it was 720p30fps
On the its PS4 1080p60fps

Since they pointed out the GTX 560 | HD 6870 I feel like its going to be capable of 1080p60fps (considering you'll be able to adjust at least a few graphical settings)

Comparing these GPUs to a PS3 they are pretty strong
Comparing these GPUs to a PS4 I think they similar or weaker (I'm not sure)

PS4's graphics processor is a modified HD 7850, which is better than these two.

Like MsDarkLow said, the game was originally released on PS3 in Japan and the PS4 release was an "enhanced port" - just like the PC release (but we can have even higher resolution and frame rate). That's probably the reason why the minimum requirements are so low.

Hmm, if we go by the minimum requirements, the GTX 560 and HD 6870. They have a score of 1252 and 1168 respectively if we go by the DirectCompute score, far below 2600 that Sega asks, but on the other chart they have a score of 3121 and 2606. The 560 is slightly above the upper value Sega proposed, while the 6870 is just a smidge above the minimum. I want to say DirectCompute is more accurate, and those are scores for the reccomended GPUs perhaps.

The story gets interesting with the CPUs, the i5 3470 scores a 6679 while the FX 6300 scores a 6383, both above the maximum of 6300 listed for the CPU score. These are listed as minimum CPUs, however.
