Hostess makeover

So I got Sunshine and am "playing with" 1st platinum Yuki.

Question is does makeup do anything(with look stats) or only dress, hair and accesory?

Also can I make her 3-4(now have 2) double-circle from first time(first open after getting club) or I will get more things latter to make her better?

Makeup is just for looks; accessories, hair and dress change their stats. You can get a Platinum hostess up to having 3 double circles and one X if you really min-max equipment. Dashi has a good guide on here for this with suggested items but really if you just try a bunch of different stuff you can figure it out.

Thx, btw can I do it(minigame) with just 2 double-circles on platinum girls? cuz when I go for 3 she looks well....strange, also will I get more things to put on them?

The farther you get in the minigame you unlock more things you can buy for the girls. I agree they can look ridiculous with their stats like that. I've never gone through without doing it like that but I don't think it's impossible, probably just more difficult.

I just got chinese dress and now Yuki is 3x D-circle, also looks nice(didnt have to use rainbow nails)

It's possible to get 3 double-circles with accessories only. You don't need to make them look weird changing hair and dress.
If you want, I can give you the combinations I'm using for every girl except the last. I still have to unlock her.

Either way, you can try different combinations as soon as you get a new girl.

Getting better rank in Cabaret unlocks accessories so you can buy them.
