ive been at this for 3 whole hours, and I keep only getting 3 girls, am I doing something wrong?

it depends on the QTE and the difference of the girl's voices though. If you already had heard that girl's voice, you can simply hang-up and try again.

Slow QTE means bad girls, fast QTE means girlfriend

And memorizing the bikini colors helps.

All you need are to memorize every girl's voices (they each have different pitches) and memorize the girl's bikini colors. Quick QTE doesn't necessarily mean you will guaranteed get the pretty girls (sometimes the slower one will still get the girl)

so there are 3 bikini types, and depending on bikini color I just need to listen to the voice pitch?

There are three different girls for each of the three bikini colors. One of them is a good date, one of them is a bad date and one of them is a Sakura. Once you get one of the Sakuras you don't need to get the Sakura for the other color bikinis. Each girl has a unique voice and once you have gotten all the girls for a certain color of bikini you can just hang up once you see that color to focus on the other ones. All that being said, it requires a certain amount of luck as it is completely random which girl calls and even when you've already got the good date you can get it again. Hold down RB to hang up if you know it is a girl you've already finished.
