How to find payback ring and thug necklace easy

Im tryng to destroy Jo Amon and need these items. Also i never seem to get the Effigy component of the Inuit village no matter what i try.

Thug Necklace-RNG base, you need to pray for Crazy Unbelievable Success in West Europe-Ruined shrine. You can use Travelers Amulet and Magic Belt or Benkei's amulet for more success and faster travelling.
Payback ring-craft only. Find recipe in Afrika-Giza. You need 2 dragon tears, 10 shaped memory alloy, 30 straw effigy.
If you can't find some materials, try to use Magic Belt (it boost chance to find materials) and don't wear Benkei's amulet (it boost chance to find equipment).
Dragon Tears-can be found in Afrika Giza, boost you chance to 50% and pray for luck, or win in hardest tournament with Majima in Bed of Styx or find agent Ex-Investigator and sent him 2 times with 0 funds (you can squire only 1 in 1 travel).
Shape Memory Alloy-1. Japan-Modern Samurai, choose agent who can find it with 10% chance, boost it to 50% and keep trying (he can find it multiple things in one travel), 2. Send a Ex-Marine with 0 Funds (only 1 can be found).
Straw Effigy-choose most effective agent (priority is who can find effigy with best chance, and lower chance to find smt else) boost it, but never cross a 80% find chance for any others materials and gear.
That's all. :)

Thank you for your time pal. What a detailed guide. I defeated both Jo Amon and So Amon already. Sometimes increasing your odds for finding objects is counterproductive for certain items in my experience.

Because agents can carry limited amount of equipment and materials.

i have yet to take the amons on, playing on normal, how hard are those? you cannont just heat locked them with majima war god talisman or stun lock them with the golden gun with kiryu?

Remember if you spam with same heat action, your dealt damage will be halfed.

Theyre pretty cheap bosses, always blocking and the like. I used frozen tuna and dragon golf club until there is no tomorrow even without heat action they do a lot of damage.
