How can i buy new property in Real estate minigame?

Just opened this game in chapter 5 and only 2 places avalaible. Dont see any other options in menu to buy more. How or when can i do that? Thanks.

you have to walk around and find them and buy them on the street or if you want to cheat just google where each property is for each area

hmm can i do that in every moment? coz i checked few dinner places on the street from the list and only option get in and eat avalaible. not look and buy.

Some require you to do substories, like Club sega and poppo tenkaichi for example. For a majority of them you just walk up to it and buy.

Most of the places you can buy are not places you can go inside. The exceptions are the Sega Arcade, the Mach Bowl, one of the Convenience Stores and Sushi Gin. Dashi has a really good 100% guide on Steam with maps and everything. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1667240702

Yeah I suggest using the guide, I had a hard time finding some locations.

You can get every location and complete the Real Estate Side Story as soon as it's open to you. I don't think you really need to do it right away, but the sooner you crack into it, the sooner you can get a good income going to afford upgrading Kiryu.

Also helps with some later sub stories or completion list items that require spending a lot of cash.

The only thing you have to do to finish the Real Estate Royale is to get far enough in the main story to get the Cash Confetti ability
