Jumping in the Floating Ruins Square

In the Hollow Area 2 - Bastia Gate Floating Ruins Square there are many chests that I don't know how to reach. I managed 2 - the rest is beyond my reach. I always fall short jumping and die. What's the deal here?

You need to "rush" (or evade, call it whatever you want) a couple times in a row, one right after another. And look around for the highest place to start, sometimes it's farther than you think it should be.

Yeah, you need to spam the evade/dash button. The chests don't contain anything of real importance so it's fine to skip them, but the novelty of running around the map is sorta fun.

I see - so I am not missing anything special - I just can't manage these jumps. I guess I will ignore those chests.
