The game doesn't launch (help)

I have this game for a month now and as of this day the game isn't launching.. anyone knows how to fix this

For me, the game won't start if the computer is connected to another screen via HD cable.
IDK why, but that's it: the workaround is to launch the game first and then plug the pc with the cable.

But, just to be sure, you have been playing for one month with the game or you simply had it purchased/installed but you never tried it before?

I purchased it and installed and never tried it since its not launching (tried it with the verify game files but it won't work)

Have you already tried unplugging everything from your computer?
Stereo / Dolby sound system, headset, microphone, TV or HD connected screen... anything.

Second question: if you try to launch the game, what happens exactly?
Do you see Aincrad loading screen or not? Do you see anything at all? Does Steam recognize that you have "started" playing a game?
