Money Farming...
Any way to farm Col? I can't find anything after 2015 and apparently they nerfed that method. I'm looking to try forging some weapons a d I expect I'll need a good amount of cash to retry.

I wish this was a bit closer to fatal bullet where cash basically rains down on you once you get strong enough.

Well, you need 3 million Cols to forge one weapon but more importantly, you need A LOT of materials for this (for the best Rank 6 weapons I mean of course). I don't know what are your level and where are you now (What floor of Aincrad? Hollow Area? Or game already completed?), but at the end of the first completion I had 100m Cols and imo it's more than enough to forge something good.
But the fastest way as I can see - just (re)complete the game and sell everything you don't need, especially weapons. On second playthrough almost all weapons you will find will cost ~1 million of Cols and you get them in 60% of the chests on every floor.

I'm at about 40mil cols, level 120, and floor 83. I've slowed a bit to grind since I usually like to play a game by grinding and power-leveling past things. But normally, you can make significant money from that, not here however.

In GGO I was able to get super-rich very quickly through grinding and multiplayer.

There is a fast method, and I tried it after watching a youtube guide to see if it worked. It does and here is the method:

Go into multiplayer solo, don't bother selecting what hollow mission you want because it doesn't matter. Go into the communication lobby, and if Philia is not your partner, add her as your partner.
Next step is to make sure you got some veil potions (they are expensive, but what you can walk out with more than makes up for the cost). Go into the door at the end, which will take you to the administration console, and teleport to hunting ground of the judged.

Once you go there, turn around and touch the beam of light, select teleport. It will take you to the previous dungeon room. Open the door with the big red dot, and use a veil potion. You will be invisible until that runs out. (There are two red chests next to the big reaper. With Philia in your party you can safely open them without having to engage the enemy. And they are stronger than in single player, so don't fight them.)

Once you collect those two chests, go trough the door opposite the way you came from, you'll be at an intersection. Go all the way left, and open the cell wall at the end, to grab the red chest there, and do the same at the right side of the intersection.

After you grab these 4 chests, you'll want to return to the teleporter, to bring you back to the open area, and when you do, touch the beam of light to return to the administration console.

Then touch the console to return to the communication lobby, then turn around and touch the door to return to the multiplayer menu.

You can rinse and repeat this method as often as you like, and always sell your finds to Agil since you get more Col than with any other shopkeep.

Are you sure? Cause, I typically don't see chests respawning. This sounds like the old method (from the Vita/PS4) that got patched just before it was released on steam.

Red and Blue chests respawn nearly all the time, especially when time has passed in game, or in this case, multiplayer solo, each run of what I suggested. Especially when red and blue chests are all you can open in multiplayer. And no it did not get patched here. I've spent an hour and raked in 50-70 million col. And I'm pretty much low level. 128
