Story question (sinon/leafa -> minor spoilers?)

so... how does a ALO avatar drop into this game?
2nd, how does sinon fit into the story?

the beginning has me scratching my head -_-

what the hell is going on? fatal bullet was my first game but i watched the anime, so i kinda got the diffrence in story there (and why i'm confused right now... leafa and sinon where no original SAO players)

Actually, according to the story, Leafa followed Kirito into sao and has been looking for him. And Sinon encountered a glitch while testing the Medicuboid (what Yuuki used during her treatment in the anime)

The games don't follow the same timeline; I don't think Leafa played ALO before this.

the game is a what if scerino storyline, it takes place at the end of the SAO arc if the game didn't end when Kirito killed Heathcliff which results in the floors 76-100 being played in the game.
The reason for ALO characters like Leafa appearing is to a glitch on the ALO servers which use most of the same coding and asserts from SAO like in the Anime/Mangas

And why leafa have her ALO avatar? it should have changed when got in SAO. Idk, it doesnt have much logic for me. I think they should have left Leafa out of this game. (I think the same about Sinon) I know the storyline isnt the same, but it just doesnt fit.

That stuff is actually explained later on in the game when you have the specific events with those two. What I know is just second hand knowledge, but it should be like this:

The story changes because of the glitch at the duel. The error was actually there because "someone" tried to mess with the game from the outside. Sinon got into it while using the first Medicuboid for treatment. Leafa got her hands on a NerveGear and decided to transfer her ALO account into SAO to search for Kirito.
