Heat events as shaman at 200% in the early are very hard, if you got Field collector + no fields at map.
for 200% you need +4 to get 100% good outcome or else you doomed
----as shaman with FieldCollector 2 fan require
1) 4hemp = 8points of work
2) 12wood = 6points of work
3) 2 day to build = 2 pow
16Pow
----at opposite 2puddle + well is
1) 4 wood = 2 pow
2) 4 wood = 2 pow
3) 2days(well) + 2 days = 4 pow
8Pow
16pow vs 8pow (with shaman who cannot increase people without leather its a lot)
if field collector will gather hemp 1day=1hemp it will reduce pow to at least
12pow vs 8pow
Why field collector require 2 turn to get 1 hemp in the early?

If this is an issue for you, do send me the savegame file and I will transfer it to the new difficulty for you, altough this would require at least temporarely to not use cloud saves.

EDIT: The current patch has a cheat to alter difficulty while playing to solve this issue: SHIFT + D + N will move your difficulty 1 notch up.
