Replayability

Hows the replayability? is it too linear? is it always the same way to play it?

Good. Each elder plays quite differently, and each run has random buildings offered so that you have to keep adapting your strategy. There is a pretty strong general strategy, but it takes a long time to find it on your own.

Is this basically turn-based Against the Storm? The many variables in that game make it pretty replayable, and this looks kinda similar, especially with the new dlc.

From a very top down view it is. I found dotAGE from the cross over event they did with Against the Storm so I played that before. Both games have a very similar idea, although the details are quite different. Personally I like the idea of Against the Storm a bit more but prefer the playability of dotAGE, if that make sense.
